Stadiums of World Cup 1966

England hosted and won the World Cup in 1966. Although controversy persists over some refereeing decisions, particularly in the final, the English FA provided some excellent stadiums for the tournament.

As well as the impressive Wembley Stadium, other stadiums used included Hillsborough Stadium, Old Trafford, White City and Goodison Park.
