Estadio Neza 86

Located in Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl, a commuter town east of Mexico City, the Estadio Neza 86 is owned by the Universidad Tecnologica de Nezahualcoyotl. it has served as the home ground for a number of local teams. These include Deportivo Neza (1981-1988), Potros Neza (1988-89) and CF Atlante (2002-2004). In 1986 the stadium had a capacity for up to 35,000 World Cup fans. Because of renovation, this number is fallen to 20,000.

The Estadio Neza 86 hosted three Group E matches in the 1986 FIFA World Cup. Two of these games involved Scotland, against Denmark and Uruguay.
