Kazan Arena, home ground for local team Rubin Kazan, has been built to be used in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and World Cup 2018. It replaces Central Stadium and is able to accommodate over 45,000 fans.
Condition: After breaking ground in May of 2010, the stadium was completed in time for its opening in July 2013, to host the 2013 Summer Universiade athletics event.
